Privacy Policy
Your privacy matters. DevUtilsNow is built to be private by design.
Nothing you type or paste is ever sent to a server
Every tool on this site runs entirely in your browser using client-side JavaScript. The data you enter — JSON, tokens, text, code, anything — is processed locally on your device. It is never uploaded to, transmitted to, stored on, or logged by any server of ours.
Optional on-device convenience
A few tools can remember your most recent input so it's still there when you come back. When they do, it is saved only in your own browser (local storage) on your device — it is never sent anywhere, and other people or websites cannot read it. You stay in control: use a tool's Clear button to remove its saved input, or clear your browser data to remove it entirely.
What we do collect
To understand which tools are useful and improve the site, we use privacy-respecting analytics (Google Analytics 4). This records anonymous usage events only — for example, which tool page was visited, or that a "copy result" button was clicked. It never records the content you type or paste into any tool.
Cookies
We use only the cookies required for basic analytics as described above. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies at this time. If that changes in the future, this policy will be updated first.
Third-party services
- Google Analytics 4 — anonymous usage analytics (see above).
- Hosting — the site is served as static files; there is no application backend or database that receives your input.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site evolves. The "last updated" context will always reflect the current version.
